The Oldmeldrum Rotary Club gives a lot of help and support to Meldrum Academy not only by raising funds, but also by helping with expertise and advice with its links within the community.

The Oldmeldrum Rotary Club meets in the Redgarth on Monday evenings at 6.15 until 6.45. The members of the Club have strong links with the school and support many initiatives for the pupils.

In the past The Oldmeldrum Rotary Club has:

• Run a Rotary Youth Leadership Award (RYLA)
• Run a Challenge Enterprise
• Run the Mock Interviews for 5th and 6th years
• Run a Creative Writing competition
• Sponsored the Young Musician of the Year competition
• Judged and presented the prizes at the Technology Challenge
