The main remit of our Active Schools Co-ordinator (Secondary), here at Meldrum Academy, is to enhance the range and quality of extra curricular sport and physical activity provision for our young people.

Our Co-ordinator works closely with teaching staff, senior pupils, parents and community coaches/volunteers in order to support the people offering sport and physical activity provision as well as identifying the people and places capable of providing new opportunities.

Our Active Schools Co-ordinator (Secondary) is supported by the Head of Health Faculty, Depute Head Teacher (Senior Management Team Link) and the Active Schools Manager within Aberdeenshire's Sports Development team.
