Wider achievements

Each year around 100 pupils from S1-4 participate in the UK Maths Challenge, a national problem solving competition.

Members of the maths faculty run a weekly puzzle club for interested pupils, who participate in a wide range of games, puzzles and activities.

Each year a group of S4 pupils participate in Maths in the Pipeline, a one day activity sponsored by a number of oil companies which enables pupils to work with industry professionals on a series of oil sector related tasks.

The faculty runs ‘drop in’ sessions at lunchtimes and after school for pupils who require help with homework and revision
